Studio Policies
A summary of the major studio policies can be found below. Full list and details of the policies will be provided at time of enrollment. If you would like more information, please contact me with any additional questions you may have.
Missed Lessons
Lesson times are reserved for each student. Make-up lessons will only be granted in the event that the teacher must cancel. Student cancellations will be missed without make-up or refund.
Music Books
All students will have their own books, purchased by the student. Books may occasionally be loaned for convenience.
Tuition
Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance, and is paid by the month, in advance. Tuition is due the first lesson of each month. Late fees will apply.
Studio Holidays
The following holidays are built-in to the studio calendar: October Teacher Retreat, Thanksgiving Week, Winter Break, Spring Break, and Memorial Day.
Home Practice
Students are expected to commit to regular practice. Parental involvement is strongly encouraged, and will aid in the consistent growth and development of the student.
Fees
Tuition received after the 7th of the month will incur a late fee. A student may be dismissed from the studio after a 3rd late payment.
